CityCo launches citywide campaign in 2 levels with Creative Concern

Creative Concern was engaged by CityCo, a city organization working in partnership with the local police, council, and business improvement district, to address a critical challenge. The client needed to launch a city-wide campaign to combat antisocial behavior and abuse directed at service workers in the retail sector. The campaign had to achieve two main goals: to make service workers feel supported and to clearly communicate to the general public that such behavior is unacceptable.

To meet this challenge, Creative Concern developed the impactful 'Stop It' campaign. Collaborating with a photographer, the vendor created a characterful and punchy series of advertisements that featured genuine service workers taking a stance against abuse, all while capturing a local vibe. The solution successfully delivered a clear and direct message through bold visuals and text, raising awareness and fostering a culture of respect for city workers across the community.
