Ringler, the largest and oldest settlement planning company in the US with 150 consultants across 70 offices, needed to modernize aging applications, centralize case and partner tracking, and align accounting as part of a broader cloud-based digital transformation. To meet these goals, Ringler designated Creatio and implemented Creatio’s no-code platform for workflow automation and CRM as the core of its new application suite.

Creatio consolidated five legacy systems into a single front end that manages product lines, referrals, quotes, commission calculations, and payments, and it enabled custom case-management workflows integrated with document management, accounting, and Power BI. The Creatio solution delivered immediate commission visibility for consultants, reduced reliance on developers through no-code capabilities, enforced office-level data permissions for security, and provided a scalable platform to accelerate Ringler’s growth and operational efficiency.
