OTP Bank, one of the largest independent financial services groups in Central and Eastern Europe, faced a fragmented corporate-banking operation managed via spreadsheets and email with no centralized customer database or sales automation. To modernize sales force automation and end-to-end process control, OTP Bank selected Creatio CRM (formerly bpm’online) for its low-code configurability and fit for corporate lending and sales workflows.
Creatio implemented a company-wide CRM and process-automation platform, streamlining sales forecasting, task management, guided selling, KPI tracking, lending workflows, special-rates approvals, overdraft handling and tender-guarantee issuance, and integrating with DWH, the website, e‑tendering systems and core banking. As a result, OTP Bank automated about 80% of corporate banking processes, put Creatio in the hands of roughly 700 employees (600 corporate, 100 private/premium), accelerated tender guarantees issuance at lower cost, and enabled unified lending oversight, faster testing/development and growing in‑house administration of the system.
