Spectec, an Italy‑headquartered asset management software and services firm operating in 16 countries with 24 offices, needed a tailored CRM and project‑management solution to centralise, standardise and report on sales and implementation processes across its global operations. After evaluating major vendors, Spectec chose Creatio’s process‑based CRM platform (formerly BPMonline CRM) for its flexibility and ability to be configured to the company’s unique industry workflows.

Creatio delivered a phased rollout (pilot in Dubai, then Italy and other offices), expanding to 150 users with a full deployment planned for 350 employees, and enabled consolidated, group‑level reporting across all sites. The Creatio solution standardized customer management and delivery, reduced the days previously spent compiling multi‑office reports, helped Spectec meet KPIs and ISO9001 practices, improved sales‑to‑operations communication, and provided visibility to identify and fix bottlenecks.
