Ent Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit, community‑chartered Colorado credit union with 430,000 members and $8B AUM, needed a next‑generation CRM to support regional growth and improve member and employee communication. The organization sought a flexible, low‑code solution that could deepen relationships with indirectly acquired members, automate large‑scale customer‑facing processes, support omnichannel communications (text and chat), and be rapidly deployed with minimal IT impact — requirements that led them to partner with Creatio and its low‑code CRM offerings (Sales Creatio, Marketing Creatio).
Creatio implemented a centralized, configurable platform to manage business banking relationships and automate indirect member onboarding and lead/sales management, going live in about 3–3.5 months and rolling out to roughly 1,000 users.
