Oman Arab Bank, one of Oman's largest banks with over four decades of service and 60+ branches, needed advanced CRM and BPM to modernize customer data and processes. Seeking front- and back-office automation, marketing automation, core banking integration, unified customer data and improved customer service, the bank turned to Creatio and deployed Financial Services Creatio (bank sales and customer journey editions) to address these challenges.

Creatio implemented an integrated solution—connecting Financial Services Creatio to the core banking system, unifying product catalogs, establishing end-to-end process management, automating compliance and risk grading, simplifying lead management, and enabling next-best-offer logic, notifications, dashboards, MS Exchange and Wacom integrations. As a result, Oman Arab Bank now manages 500,000 customers in the system, achieved higher revenue per customer and increased operational efficiency, and plans to expand Creatio with a marketing module to run automated campaigns.
