First Home Key, a New York–based one-stop shop for first-time homebuyers with more than 20 years in real estate, needed a more integral approach to customer data and process management. With four corporate divisions handling diverse services—mortgage origination, refinance, property purchases and credit rehabilitation—the company struggled to keep cross-departmental records aligned, automate multi-channel lead generation, manage customer journeys across simultaneous processes, and enforce flexible access rights. To address this, First Home Key selected Creatio’s Sales Creatio platform.

Creatio implemented a low-code, highly configurable solution that consolidated customer data, enabled parallel business processes, guided users through process stages with an engaging UI, and integrated Adobe Sign, RingCentral by Webitel and Inspectorade for document, telephony and inspection workflows. The deployment delivered around 200 customized and optimized processes, high user adoption and increased business productivity, streamlining sales and customer interactions and positioning First Home Key to expand its services into additional states.
