Ent Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit, community-chartered credit union serving 350,000 members across more than 30 service centers, needed an agile CRM to support dynamic growth and improve member and employee experience. To flatten communication hierarchies and enable deeper member relationships and engagement, Ent Federal Credit Union selected Creatio as its CRM provider.

Creatio’s CRM platform went into production in late May 2019 and is being rolled out iteratively with a goal of bringing all users onto the system within six to twelve months, supported by a new Engagement Systems team. By adopting Creatio, Ent Federal Credit Union now has a flexible, nimble system designed to evolve with changing needs, improving communication, member engagement and the credit union’s ability to scale.
