Netivei Israel, charged by the Ministry of Transportation with coordinating nationwide road and rail projects, faced fragmented information systems and a manual, time-consuming approval process among many stakeholder organizations. To unify and digitize project orchestration, Netivei Israel selected Creatio’s low-code platform (implemented by partner Proceed) to build a National Infrastructure Coordination System.

Using Creatio, Proceed delivered a cloud-based, SaaS coordination system that integrates with national mapping services, automatically generates required documents, routes approval requests to affected parties, logs multichannel communications, and enforces two‑factor authentication for security. The Creatio-based MVP went live in a matter of months, centralizing visibility of project stages, reducing manual coordination and bottlenecks, and improving transparency, control and time-to-approval as the system scales over the next three years.
