OTP Bank Romania, a subsidiary of OTP Group serving millions across Central and Eastern Europe, faced manual processes and siloed teams that constrained customer onboarding and end-to-end service delivery. To modernize IT and unify customer experience, OTP Bank selected Creatio’s Financial Services Creatio platform to provide a BPM-driven CRM, centralized branch environment and broad integration capabilities.

Creatio implemented a unified, BPM-driven CRM with a bank products catalogue, out-of-the-box banking sales processes, guided BPM workflows (including account opening with automated risk grading), advanced approvals, ECM-based contract digitization and online/offline core banking and DMS integrations. The Creatio solution increased productivity for over 850 employees, delivered back-office process transparency and improved risk management accuracy, and is being scaled further across compliance, HR and marketing.
