Creatio bridges the gap between university and its entrants at British University Vietnam

British University Vietnam (BUV), the first institution in Vietnam to award British degrees, struggled during admissions with high volumes of student requests, disconnected tools, and no centralized customer data to keep marketing, telesales and student services aligned. BUV engaged Creatio and implemented Sales Creatio, Marketing Creatio, a VoIP connector and the Beesender Operator for Creatio cloud to unify data, automate workflows and improve omnichannel communications.

Creatio, implemented by partner Flexidata, provided a centralized customer database, omnichannel communication tools, two‑layer inquiry filtering, automated inquiry and application life cycles, website form integration, localization (local SMS and Zalo) and productivity/analytics tools. The solution delivered full visibility of admissions, reduced time spent on reports management by 300% and halved telesales response time, boosting staff performance and the quality of student engagement.
