Campbell Corporate Services (CCS), a leading Australian owner’s corporation management firm responsible for over 450 properties and 4,500 units, faced a critical risk when its 10-year-old legacy job management system reached end of life. The company struggled with data integrity and timely handling of large surges of service requests—often more than 400 simultaneous jobs during natural catastrophes—and required a fully hosted, easy-to-use, highly customizable solution with fast data migration. Creatio’s cloud-based, low-code platform was implemented with partner support and user training, and over 700,000 transactional records and 55,000 jobs were migrated over a single weekend to avoid disruption.
