CAASA brings a spotlight to Canada on the global alternative investments market with Creatio

The Canadian Association of Alternative Strategies & Assets (CAASA) needed a way to manage frequent, high‑caliber conferences and member services across Canada while handling large contact datasets, event segmentation, ticketing, membership applications and CASL consent requirements — all increasingly for online events. To address these challenges CAASA turned to Creatio, deploying Marketing Creatio to handle event marketing, attendee management and member lifecycle processes.

Using Creatio’s Marketing Creatio low‑code platform, CAASA implemented end‑to‑end event automation: audience segmentation, personalized campaigns, event participant cards (tickets, payment status, trans IDs), Zoom integration and automated confirmation/reminder emails, plus membership application-to-lead conversion. Creatio also automated CASL consent tracking and renewal reminders. The result was a streamlined invitation and member‑experience process that reduced manual work for CAASA’s small team, improved follow‑up and supported membership growth while ensuring compliance.
