Bank of Georgia, one of Georgia’s leading financial institutions, needed a better way to manage internal service requests, customer inquiries, onboarding, and data-heavy operations across multiple departments. To address growing complexity and a lack of unified visibility, the bank turned to Creatio and its no-code platform, working with partner Sales’Up to modernize service operations.
With Creatio, Bank of Georgia built a centralized one-hub environment for case and claim management, HR workflows, archiving, dashboards, chatbots, notifications, and approvals, while integrating systems such as HRMS and Jira. The results included a 127% increase in proceeding change requests in the first year, management of about 1,000 requests per day, faster response times, improved collaboration, and stronger operational efficiency.
