ASICS improves Japan e-commerce readiness for Tokyo 2020/2021 with Cream

ASICS, a Japanese multinational sportswear company, reached out to CREAM for an in-depth analysis and optimization of their recently rebuilt global e-commerce website. The challenge was that this new site, a global initiative led by ASICS' US IT division, provided a universal experience that was not tailored for the local Japanese audience, its larger inventory, or its specific mobile usability needs.

CREAM conducted a comprehensive e-commerce site UX/UI audit for ASICS, focusing on localization for Japan. The vendor performed live user-testing and dove into analytics to gather qualitative and quantitative data from the local target audience. Based on these insights, CREAM provided and implemented UI and UX design recommendations to optimize the site's navigation and overall experience, ensuring its Japan-readiness and success leading up to the Tokyo 2020/2021 Olympic Games.
