Intuit, a major financial services company, encountered a challenge with the pricing page for its TSheets by QuickBooks product. Despite high visitor engagement, half of the traffic was failing to convert. Using Crazy Egg's heat maps and user session recordings, the Intuit team discovered that the header navigation was a primary source of distraction, causing potential customers to leave the conversion funnel.

The solution implemented using Crazy Egg involved analyzing user behavior to form a hypothesis that removing the navigation would improve focus. Intuit is currently validating this through an A/B test on a PPC landing page, with plans to roll out the successful design more broadly. This data-driven approach is part of a larger initiative by Crazy Egg to help Intuit ramp up its testing velocity and build a culture of experimentation.
