Ferrara, the Chicago-based candy manufacturer behind brands like SweeTarts and Nerds, needed a better way to support employees as it moved its headquarters into the historic Old Post Office in downtown Chicago. After struggling with multiple lunch providers that created oversight, quality, variety, and allergen issues, Ferrara looked for a headache-free office pantry and lunch program that could meet diverse dietary needs while helping create an attractive workplace experience.

Crafty partnered with Ferrara to design and support a flexible, state-of-the-art kitchen and pantry program, including snack areas, coffee and tea stations, soda machines, fridges, kegs, and catering. With Crafty’s concierge service and technology platform, Ferrara gained a more consistent, easy-to-manage food and beverage experience that helped employees connect across teams and reduced operational burden for workplace staff, making the office feel like a true community space.
