Production Glue Utilizes AER Devices for Live Events

Production Glue, a New York–based live events and experiential agency, needed an enterprise-grade, cost-effective mobile networking solution to deliver high-bandwidth, on-demand Internet at touring activations, pop-ups and landmark events. Prior options like MiFi hotspots or costly microwave uplinks were bandwidth-limited or unreliable, so Production Glue turned to Cradlepoint and its AER Series devices (AER2100/AER3100), Cat 6 MC400 modems and the NetCloud management platform to meet those requirements.

Cradlepoint built a transportable “glueFI” kit—ruggedized, shock-mounted cases containing AER routers, Cat 6 modems, wireless APs and VoIP handsets—managed remotely via Cradlepoint’s NetCloud Manager. The solution delivers always-on connectivity across multiple carriers and LTE networks, 24/7 remote administration (removing the need for on-site IT), easy plug-and-play deployment, and reliable bandwidth for staff and clients at any event. Cradlepoint’s implementation gave Production Glue consistent, multi-carrier internet, simplified operations, and superior support for live-event deployments.
