Evereve Leverages Primary Edge Routers, LTE & Cloud Management to Streamline Network Operations

Evereve, a Minnesota-based retailer with 65 stores and more than 1,300 employees, was struggling with frequent connectivity outages (two to three times per month) and a three-person IT team stretched thin supporting VoIP, POS, customer WiFi and other critical systems. To address these challenges, Evereve deployed Cradlepoint’s NetCloud Service for Branch delivered via primary multi‑WAN routers with built‑in LTE for cloud‑managed, always‑on connectivity.

Cradlepoint rolled out LTE‑embedded branch routers, cloud configuration and 24x7 support across all stores, headquarters and the warehouse, and field tests showed LTE to be three to four times faster than terrestrial WAN. The NetCloud solution provides seamless LTE failover so outages are no longer felt at stores, enables rapid Day‑1 connectivity for new store openings, centralizes mass software updates and VPN provisioning, and frees IT time previously lost to outages—supporting Evereve’s planned 10–15 new stores per year.
