Digital Consultancy Firm Deploys Digital Signage Virtually Anywhere with Cradlepoint NetCloud Solutions

Entwined, a Brisbane-based digital consultancy specializing in digital signage, kiosks and AV solutions, needed a reliable, remotely managed network to support a nationwide rollout for Tatts Group that must reflect time-sensitive regulatory changes (like jackpot updates) across different time zones. To meet this challenge Entwined selected Cradlepoint’s NetCloud Service for IoT — including edge computing, SD-Perimeter security, cloud configuration/troubleshooting and IoT gateways — to ensure always-on connectivity and centralized control.

Cradlepoint deployed 1,000 devices across Tatts Group sites (with a further 200 sites planned), and Entwined built a support dashboard that leverages the Cradlepoint NetCloud API for real‑time visibility, device self-diagnostics and remote troubleshooting. The Cradlepoint solution enabled proactive monitoring, faster recovery of network issues, simplified management of large modem volumes, ensured regulatory compliance and materially reduced the time and resources needed to maintain uninterrupted digital signage service.
