Cprime partnered with Wells Fargo, a major global banking leader, to address the challenge of onboarding and upskilling its large, global software engineering workforce. The bank was undergoing a significant digital transformation and needed to prepare thousands of existing team members for new Agile and DevOps roles while also scaling its development organization to support enterprise agility.

The solution involved Cprime designing and delivering a series of custom blended learning academies. This approach combined e-learning courses with complementary instructor-led workshops, allowing employees to learn at their own pace and then apply their knowledge in interactive, collaborative sessions. As a result, over 4,700 students have been trained since 2020, with courses receiving consistently high feedback scores of 4+ out of 5. The program's success significantly enhanced Cprime's relationship with Wells Fargo, elevating them from trainers to trusted advisors.
