Vorwerk Group, the German family-owned company behind Thermomix and Kobold, needed a modern digital workplace to support agility, mobile access, and easier exchange across a global workforce. The company wanted a social intranet that would let employees quickly find information, connect with colleagues, and communicate beyond their departments.

COYO implemented a private cloud social intranet for Vorwerk Group, launched in January 2020 for 6,000 users and rolled out alongside Microsoft 365. The solution included communities, expert search, personalized newsfeeds, onboarding, and strong internal change management; as a result, COYO became the main point of contact inside the company, improving open communication, cross-team networking, and the move toward a digital workplace.
