DB Schenker AG, the global logistics company headquartered in Essen, Germany, needed to modernize its intranet and strengthen internal communication across a worldwide workforce. The company wanted to promote a more social company culture, enable faster global exchange, share news immediately, and integrate more closely with the broader DB Group. To meet these goals, DB Schenker chose COYO’s private cloud intranet platform.

COYO supported the rollout, coaching, and ongoing support for the new intranet, which launched in March 2018 under the name ONE. The migration connected 30 national intranets into a single platform, improved employee interaction, and helped reduce email traffic by encouraging leadership to post podcasts and updates directly. By the end of 2018, around 40,000 employees worldwide were using the platform, with likes and posts increasing steadily after launch.
