The goal was to create a highly visible lobbying campaign to demand action from the Welsh Government.

The solution from Cowshed was a creative campaign that drew a parallel between nursing staff and a sports team, highlighting a shortage of 1,719 team members. They launched a government petition and used guerrilla projections on iconic Cardiff buildings to capture public and media attention. As a result, Cowshed helped the campaign achieve over 10,000 petition signatures, triggering a debate in the Senedd, alongside significant digital engagement including 646,290 video views and extensive media coverage.
