A Cowshed Communication Case Study
FOR Cardiff, the business improvement district for Wales’ capital, needed a meaningful way to respond to rising homelessness and the ongoing concern among local businesses about how best to help. They approached homeless charities across the city to build a partnership approach, and brought in Cowshed Communication to develop a creative campaign using a contactless giving solution.
Cowshed Communication created “Give DIFFerently,” the first contactless giving campaign for homelessness in Wales, delivered through a full frontage takeover of an empty shop in Cardiff in partnership with Clear Channel. The campaign raised £11,000 from 430 donations, generated 17 pieces of coverage with more than 40.8 million OTS, became Clear Channel’s most successful contactless giving campaign, and helped 35 people move away from homelessness.
