Gilmore Doculink International, a full-service electronic document management, print and fulfillment company in Ottawa that handles high-volume, personalized and highly confidential client data, faced compatibility and security challenges after a major client migrated to a newer PGP Command Line. Needing a supported Windows Server 2003 solution that could handle SFTP/FTPS, OpenPGP, large files and more than 100 customer files a day, Gilmore Doculink International evaluated and selected Coviant Software’s Diplomat Transaction Manager (Enterprise Edition).

Coviant Software implemented Diplomat Transaction Manager Enterprise Edition to import PGP keys, perform secure SFTP/FTPS transfers and OpenPGP decryption, and run customizable pre/post scripts that integrate with Doculink’s job streams. The deployment delivered faster decryption, more reliable transfers, improved logging and email notifications for troubleshooting, and seamless integration with existing workflows — about 60% of clients have been migrated and all new clients now use Diplomat, helping keep time‑critical production schedules on track.
