Covetrus Software Services configured Rapport to integrate with RoboVet, adding automated reminders and recalls (SMS, email, post), an online pet portal and campaign support from a dedicated Campaign Consultant. The solution cut manual tasks and human error, eliminated a third‑party messaging provider, improved appointment booking and recall rates, reduced no‑shows, saved staff time and helped boost practice productivity and profitability.
