Clent Hills Vets, a group practice that had used the legacy PremVet system since 1996, needed a modern practice management solution as PremVet development wound down and their business outgrew the software. Wanting strong ongoing support, Practice Manager Rebekka Fiorani chose Covetrus Software Services and their RoboVet system to meet the practice’s operational and client-communication needs.

Covetrus Software Services implemented RoboVet with a trial install, hands-on staff training, new servers linking three branches, and Dragonfly integrated imaging.
