Urban Leaf Offers Solution to Social Distancing

Urban Leaf, an Oklahoma-based medical cannabis retailer, faced the challenge of continuing safe service as COVID-19 social distancing orders took hold, especially for patients who struggle to exit their vehicles. The Witcosky owners had already planned a drive-thru and chose Cova as their dispensary POS for its simple interface, patient customer support, and robust reporting during their store launch.

Cova’s solution included the POS software, reporting tools, a second Cova register and receipt printer to treat the drive-thru as another register, plus a loyalty program and planned online-ordering integrations. Using Cova’s daily/weekly/monthly reports to manage multi-supplier inventory, Urban Leaf kept products in stock, processed drive-thru transactions quickly and hygienically to stay open during the pandemic, and increased repeat business through Cova’s loyalty features.
