The Green Room, a boutique dual-purpose cannabis dispensary in Mendocino County, needed a cannabis-specific point-of-sale for its adult-use launch and initially selected Cova’s cannabis retail POS. After briefly switching to another provider over concerns about Metrc reporting and cash management, The Green Room faced missing cash-management features and lackluster onboarding—prompting them to reassess their choice.
