Officevibe, developed by GSoft, needed a better way to manage the notifications that power its employee engagement platform, including pulse surveys, feedback requests, and manager reports. After building an in-house notification service, the team ran into deliverability, visibility, idempotency, and template maintenance issues, especially as volume grew across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email.

By switching to Courier and using the Courier API, Design Studio, Slack integration, and automation API, Officevibe simplified notification building and gained reliable multi-channel delivery with automatic fallback to email when needed. Courier helped remove the burden of maintaining and monitoring the notification stack, and Officevibe scaled from 30 email surveys per month to 2 million per month in one year while improving reliability and developer efficiency.
