The challenge for the customer, Shopping 1 Genk, was to gather this information without being intrusive and through a game based on skill rather than just luck. They partnered with the vendor Coupontools to address this need.
Coupontools designed and implemented a custom digital Memory Game to serve as the data capture tool. Visitors registered on a tablet, providing their name, email address, and ZIP code before playing. The solution successfully increased engagement, captured valuable marketing data, and provided a positive experience by ensuring every participant received a prize. The campaign was launched with a holiday theme, contributing to its success.
