Coupontools designed a solution distributing unique, single-use coupons via SMS and WhatsApp, controlled by a central database to prevent multiple redemptions per phone number. The system included CRM integration for secure validation at point-of-sale and an API to check codes. This approach eliminated fraud and provided Essilor with valuable statistics on participation and redemptions per store, making the campaign a great success.
