Coupontools implemented a digital spin wheel contest that required customers to enter their email address for a chance to win prizes. The key feature was a kiosk mode that allowed the coupon to automatically reset after each spin, enabling the same tablet to be reused at every table. This solution successfully allowed Dipndip to capture visitor data while providing a pleasant customer experience, effectively building their desired email database.
