With Coupa Software, Kantar digitized and streamlined procurement, bringing 50% of spend onto the Coupa platform and processing €42M in invoices electronically since deployment. Supplier onboarding dropped from 60 days to 12 days, and supplier risk assessments were cut from 3 months to 20 days, helping Kantar advance toward its 2025 diversity and inclusion goals.
