A global aviation services company managing 250 users, more than 70,000 GL accounts and over 38,000 suppliers needed a flexible spend platform that would integrate with its Infinium ERP, Scan One and other third‑party/supplier systems. The goal was to consolidate catalog management, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing and reporting into a single, scalable solution.

Coupa was implemented in three phases — invoice processing (41 days), Scan One invoice automation (40 days) and full P2P (115 days) — with seven automated integration points: Infinium→Coupa (suppliers, accounts, invoice payments), Coupa→Infinium (invoices) and Scan One↔Coupa (invoices into Coupa, suppliers to Scan One). The rollout delivered end‑to‑end P2P automation, streamlined supplier management and faster invoice processing, while providing consolidated reporting and reliable ERP and scanning system integrations.
