A Fortune 500 healthcare provider with 12,000 users across 15 states needed a simple, scalable way to order everything from business cards and office supplies to medical equipment while streamlining invoicing and integrating with their ERP. Their environment included more than 13,000 suppliers and over 200,000 GL accounts, so the challenge was to centralize procure-to-pay processes and reduce manual effort across a large, distributed user base.

The organization implemented Coupa for requisitioning, approvals, budgeting, POs, receiving, invoicing, reporting and benchmarking, with automated integrations to JD Edwards and a ScanOne scanning solution (flat-file transfers over sFTP) plus connection to the Coupa Supplier Network.
