As a large, CSR-focused company with locations across the country, Starbucks needed a centralized, non-partisan, brand-safe way to keep employees meaningfully engaged without the noise and negativity of mainstream social media.
Countable built Starbucks’ branded employee-engagement platform, starbuckspartnersvote.com, featuring interactive content on voting, inclusivity, Covid-19, worker safety, and volunteering. The platform was continuously refreshed and tracked, and it proved highly successful: thousands of employees engaged regularly, making it a cornerstone of Starbucks’ CSR efforts, with the company preparing to extend the site to its customers.
