My Farewell partnered with Cotidia to turn a heartfelt idea into a secure smartphone app for leaving video messages to loved ones to be delivered after death. The challenge was to create a simple, welcoming user experience that could handle sensitive content, subscriptions, and future message distribution with privacy and trust at the core.

Cotidia delivered a branded iPhone app with secure in-app video recording, cloud storage, iTunes in-app subscriptions, and a bespoke API linking the app to an admin panel. Cotidia also built a discreet approval workflow for releasing videos to executors, plus a fully content-managed website and refreshed brand; the result was a complete, polished platform that brought the concept to life and gave My Farewell full control over its content and service.
