Lakota People’s Law Project boosts engagement with Cosmic using one-click action flows

The Lakota People’s Law Project engaged Cosmic to create an Action Center that would increase supporter engagement. Their challenge was to move beyond a single homepage action and build a flexible platform for multiple, regularly changing campaigns that would guide supporters toward deeper commitment and more activity.

Cosmic implemented a minimalist Action Center designed to minimize distractions and friction, making it easy for users to donate, sign petitions, and advocate. The solution, built using JAMStack and Craft CMS and integrated with EveryAction, allowed the client to quickly deploy new campaigns. This strategy was significantly successful; The New York Times listed the Action Center as a factor in President Biden's nomination of Deb Haaland. Cosmic's work provided a streamlined backend for content creators and a linear fundraising strategy that converted one-time donors into recurring supporters.
