Case Study: Floyd's 99 Barbershop achieves comprehensive COVID-19 incident tracking and revenue-impact reporting with Corrigo

A Corrigo Case Study

Preview of the Floyd’s 99 Barbershop Case Study

Utilizing Corrigo to track and report all revenue-impacting events during a pandemic

Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, led by Facilities Manager Jason Luker and responsible for 83 corporate locations plus support for 41 franchise partners, faced major operational disruption from weather events and the COVID-19 pandemic and needed a way to capture and report every revenue‑impacting incident. To solve this, Floyd’s turned to Corrigo and specifically implemented Corrigo’s Incident Management capability to track closures, asset failures, and pandemic‑related events across its nationwide estate.

Using Corrigo’s Incident Management, Floyd’s created custom fields, SOPs/SOWs, and a COVID‑19 disinfectant cleaning procedure, logging an incident for every store and tracking open/close dates, asset‑level impacts, work performed, and costs. Corrigo gave Floyd’s fast access to documentation and reports (including vendor quotes and insurance evidence), clearer district/regional communications, and the ability to quantify time and cost to remediate events—providing the operational visibility needed to support P&L decisions and potential recovery actions.
