Fiesta Restaurant Group, owner and operator of Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical with 314 restaurants and a facilities team of five managers and 33 technicians, needed better visibility into maintenance practices to analyze operational spend, identify efficiencies, and gain operator buy-in. To address this, Fiesta selected Corrigo and its Corrigo Enterprise solution to provide centralized tracking and analytics across their North American locations.

Corrigo implemented Corrigo Enterprise to deliver real-time visibility, customizable reports (including Employee Time and Outlier reports), and NTE controls, enabling the Facilities Director to coach technicians, consolidate vendor spend, and flag recurring equipment failures or low-spend stores. The result: improved technician efficiency, tighter vendor management, company-wide rollout across Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical, and significant savings in the first nine months of 2013 that exceeded the system’s annual cost — all driven by Corrigo’s platform and reporting.
