El Pollo Loco, the nation’s leading fire‑grilled chicken chain with more than 400 restaurants and over 170 corporately managed locations, needed to reduce unnecessary service calls and stop paying vendors for work covered by warranties across hundreds of stores. To address this, El Pollo Loco partnered with Corrigo and deployed Corrigo Enterprise to standardize processes and gain end‑to‑end visibility into facility work.

Corrigo implemented Corrigo Enterprise with customized store service guidelines, warranty tracking, auto‑routing and a vendor portal so store managers, operations and contractors could initiate, track and close work orders online. The result, according to El Pollo Loco, was measurable savings from avoided repair calls and reduced warranty payments, clearer work‑order history and reporting, faster vendor response and improved vendor relationships — all delivered through Corrigo’s web‑based platform.
