Pizza Hut, the global restaurant chain, faced service gaps and poor response times from its then-current call center solution: operators and restaurants were often unaware of work order status, fault was hard to assign, and after‑hours coverage was limited. Seeking more data, control, and the ability for individual stores to enter and track requests, Pizza Hut selected the Corrigo Enterprise platform from Corrigo to replace its legacy workflow and vendor management processes.
Corrigo implemented its SaaS Corrigo Enterprise platform—including a web-based CMMS, mobile app, IVR, robust reporting, vendor scorecards and integration with Pizza Hut’s iPayables—rolled out via a pilot and targeted training with warranty data entry. The result: about $30 average savings per corporate store per month from IVR and call-avoidance, faster, real-time service updates, improved capital planning and clearer vendor performance visibility, delivering measurable operational and cost improvements for Pizza Hut.
