Corrigo implemented mandatory on-site check-ins (IVR or GPS), time‑stamped geo-location visibility at store, national, and vendor levels, automatic invoice reports, and business rules to flag or withhold payment for non‑performance. Rolled out to about 1,400 stores in months, the Corrigo solution produced near‑100% program compliance, improved overall floor condition, and saved Albertsons tens of thousands of dollars per month while enabling clear measurement of vendor performance and streamlined reconciliation.
