Circa Lighting, a retailer of high-end lighting solutions, needed a complete overhaul of its ecommerce site to better reflect its brand, improve the shopper experience, and expand services for trade users and interior designers. It partnered with Corra for customer experience strategy and design, custom development, and Magento Commerce Cloud to support the redesign and new functionality.

Corra delivered a full visual and UX redesign and developed the site on Magento Enterprise, integrating key third-party tools and enhancing backend capabilities. The new experience unified editorial content and shopping, improved the quote-to-order workflow for trade users, and created a smoother omnichannel journey across desktop, mobile, and in-store use. As a result, Circa Lighting saw a 16% increase in average order value and a 50% increase in mobile/tablet conversion rate, with Corra also noting significantly higher online revenue year over year.
