Xploro wanted to help young patients better understand their condition and treatment after founder Dom Raban’s daughter Issy experienced cancer care firsthand. They partnered with Corporation Pop to create an engaging health information app for children, combining education with a fun, approachable experience.

Corporation Pop delivered Xploro as a user-centred app featuring AR, gameplay, AI chatbot technology, games, customisable avatars, calendars and mood tracking. The result was a cutting-edge product that improved patient knowledge and reduced anxiety, with a clinical evaluation at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital showing marked increases in understanding and significant decreases in patient anxiety.
