Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital launches ASARM in 2023 with Corporation Pop

The Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital needed a better way to manage detailed paper fatigue diaries for patients with chronic fatigue, a process that was time-consuming for clinicians and difficult for patients to maintain. They partnered with vendor Corporation Pop to develop a digital solution, ASARM, to replace this unreliable paper-based system.

Corporation Pop designed and implemented ASARM, a secure digital patient diary and clinician portal. The solution streamlined data entry and review, introduced tools for calculating prescriptions, and helped patients track their progress. The results included reduced manual calculations, easier data review, and improved patient engagement. ASARM won two Web Excellence Awards and remains in active use, with Corporation Pop continuing to maintain and develop the platform.
