Preview of the Kompass Case Study

Kompass reduces goal tracking time by 43% with Corporation Pop

Kompass, a tech-enabled healthcare company originally known as Goal Manager, faced user experience challenges with its SaaS platform for rehabilitation goal setting. Clinicians found the software difficult to navigate, with confusing terminology and an inefficient flow for setting SMART objectives. To address these issues, Kompass partnered with the vendor Corporation Pop for a UX audit and a complete brand identity overhaul.

Corporation Pop redesigned the platform's information architecture, separating goals and objectives into distinct sections and creating a more logical user flow. They also developed a new brand identity, renaming the company Kompass and designing a new logo and an AA-accessible color palette. The result was a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. The vendor's work supercharged the user experience, and internal evidence showed the original software reduced the time taken to track goals by 43%.
