Dazzle It worked with Corporation Pop to help build awareness of WW1 Dazzle Ships in the UK and internationally, while also engaging younger audiences and people who do not usually attend arts and culture events. They wanted an innovative way to use technology and storytelling to bring the Great War to life in a more accessible, interactive format.

Corporation Pop developed a fun augmented reality mobile app that let users collage their own photos with dazzle patterns by contemporary artists, wrap them around a 3D boat model, and place it into a real-world scene using markerless AR. The app was used worldwide and generated press coverage from The Guardian, Wired, and BBC Online, while also earning recognition as a top AR app by Computer Business Review and app of the week by Gizmodo.
